My stay at Tivoli Avenida Liberdade was truly nice. from the stunning decor and central location to the perfect service. The breakfast options were very nice, featuring a variety of delicious choices. However, I was a bit disappointed that the rooftop bar wasn’t open, which I was really looking forward to enjoying.
