I must say that the reception was efficient, and the staff was very friendly. my room included beautiful furniture and was super tidy. the bar in the lobby had live music with tasty snacks. The bartender seemed focused on my enjoyment. the breakfast buffet offered a massive selection, and i found the staff efficient.

the breakfast buffet presented a vast array of choices that catered to various preferences, and i noticed the staff were very attentive. the rooftop restaurant had lovely views and gourmet meals, including dinner on the ground floor.

the concierge was helpful and attentive, providing great recommendations, and he was also very personable. another staff member, carolina at the front desk, offered a warm welcome, setting the standard for my stay. generally, the service was excellent.

the lobby features art installations that i thought were interesting and thought-provoking. there is an outside pool with a bar, though i did not use the pool itself. the location of this hotel offers easy access to high-end shopping.

The breakfast offered fantastic options. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and the variety of fruits (it was a true delight!). The lobby provided multiple comfortable seating areas. I found these spaces very convenient for short meetings and relaxation.

The check-in process was quick. My room included two separate sinks. Fresh fruit arrived daily (a really nice touch).
The bathroom commode wobbled. I saw mold in two places around the sink (that was a concern).
